Books Have Wings

I want to thank everyone who supported me and our book.

The last two weeks have been pretty special. It was surreal for me that after nine years, Maybe Something Beautiful actually flew out into the world. I've heard from friends and family afar that they picked up the book and read it to their children and grandchildren. I received so many pictures of people I love holding the book in their hands. I wished that I could sit down with each of them and share their company and a story. But, of course, I couldn't. Nor did I need to because books have wings. They can fly above borders and barriers and wrap themselves around readers like a hug.
